Item restoration in thatapp.io allows you to recover deleted items, ensuring data integrity and ease of management. Here's a step-by-step guide:

How to Restore a Deleted Item

  1. Navigate to the App Table

    • On the left navigation bar, select your synced organization, then locate the space and app with the deleted items.

  2. View Deleted Items

    • By default, the table displays active items. Use the toggle switch to view deleted items.

    • If no items have been deleted, the table will be empty.

  3. Restore Deleted Items

    • Click the Restore icon next to the item you wish to recover.

    • Confirm the restoration via the success modal.

  4. Check Active Items

    • Toggle back to the “Active Item” view to verify the restored item.

What Gets Restored?

Restoration includes:

  • Item structure

  • Comments, tasks, and attachments

  • Files and polls (excluding poll results for now)

Limitations

  • Comments or attachments created by other Podio users may trigger permission errors.

  • Poll results are currently not restored, but updates are planned.

  • Comments added within tasks may not be synced back due to Podio hook restrictions.
