Step 1 - Saving Template Settings
Navigate to the "Document Settings" tab located on the right side of the main editor dashboard
Select the page size and document orientation you want:
A3, A4, or A5
Portrait
Landscape
Choose which page features you would like:
Highlight elements highlights all variables that you put into your template
Document Overflow and Underflow control the CSS styling between multiple pages, or if you want one continuous page template
Select Page Margins:
Set the margins you would like for each section of the template
Save Settings:
Save the template for later use - Autosave feature is also enabled
Activate or Deactivate the template for use in Podio - This will create or delete an app field in Podio which will enable you to create a print directly from Podio without having to go into Print
Step 2 - PDF Options
Select which app item you would like to create:
Choose PDF download options:
Click the upload button of which template you want to print. Podio will update the comments section and say the file has been added, it is then automatically uploaded into the app. Once the comments update, refresh the page, and the file will show up in the "Files" section.
