Introduction/ Overview

We are super excited to announce the new updates, improvements, and fixes to our product over a couple of weeks to add more value to our product by increasing the user experience in some areas of the system.

Key Feature

Team Member Invite Flow

Member Invite and Workspace Sharing. With this feature, the super admin or account owner can invite other team members to the selected synced workspaces within the organization, and in turn, the team member can invite their leads. This takes away the hassle of following leads while also giving the leads the opportunity to see the progress of things.

The Team Member Invite and Sharing feature enable workspace sharing, allowing the super admin to control access for team members and client users or leads. The super user can invite team members, granting them access to the selected workspace within the organization. The super user can invite client users or leads to any workspace within the organization. The team members can invite client users but only to the workspace, they were added to. Client users will have access to the dashboard where they can see the workspace they have been added to, and the audit page alone.

Improvements

  • New Email Template for invited team members.

  • Update to sync authentication.

  • SQL Mapper fields are deleted when app fields are from Podio.

  • Improved Podio space data restoration flow.

  • Added the 'convert_to_html' function to Print.

  • Improved print processing

  • Added more settings to the document template on Print.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the Podio error returned when attempting to add an existing Podio team member.

  • Fixed overlapping when restoring space data.

  • Fixed profile image alignment issue on Print

  • Other minor UI fixes
