📁 Protect All Organisation: With the new feature, you can now enable file haven protection on all your organisations synced on our platform on the fly.
Here is how it works:
Head on to the file haven module and click on the 'Protect All Organisations' button
Next, click on the 'Yes Proceed' button on the modal to complete the process.
Bonus Tip: To Disable protection, you repeat the process.

What's New:
🚀 Filtered Resync: With the filtered resync, you can now backup new data across specific spaces and apps, saving backup time and progress.
How to Get Started:
Navigate to the "Action" dropdown on the synced organisation you detail table.
Expand to reveal the "Resync" feature.
Click the resync feature to open and select the best option for your use case.
Select the resync-specific spaces to take to the page.
Select the spaces and apps within the space you want to resync the button below to complete the operation.

This month we made an update to the Mail Chrome extension on the store now allowing you to send mail to your customers and leads within your mail app on Podio.
What's New:
🚀 Updated App in the Chrome Store
Updated UI that guides you on how to install and use
How to Get Started:
Navigate to the mail module dashboard and click on the "Install Extension" button
The link will take you to the Chrome Store
Add to your browser and pin it
Head over to the configured app for emailing on Podio and you should see
our Draft icon and a link text to compose your messageClick on it to open the form where you can enter the details and
send your email.
