The GDPR Settings feature allows you to manage the retention period of deleted data within your synced organization table on the sync dashboard. This guide will help you navigate and configure these settings efficiently.

Step 1: Accessing GDPR Settings

  1. Navigate to the Sync Dashboard Overview:

    • Open your sync dashboard overview.

  2. Locate the Synced Organization Section:

    • Find the synced organization table within the dashboard.

  3. Open the Action Dropdown:

    • Navigate to the action column of the synced organization section.

    • Click on the action dropdown to view available actions.

  4. Select GDPR Settings:

    • Click on the "GDPR Settings" action to open the settings modal.

Step 2: Configuring Retention Period

  1. Understand the Options:

    • The settings modal provides four options for data retention:

      • Never Delete: Data will never be permanently deleted. ❌

  2. Select Your Preferred Setting:
