With the ThatApp File Haven sync, you can achieve this immediately after completely syncing your organization. To improve your experience, we have now added a view within the synced organization table of the sync dashboard overview.

Benefits:

  • Provides a clear view of the status of your file protection.

  • Offers real-time updates on the number of protected files.

  • Allows you to enable or disable file protection directly from the interface.

How to Use:

Login into your dashboard and scroll down to the synced organization table of the dashboard overview. On the file column of the table, you should see the new update like this

  1. View Protection Status: The Files column in your synced organization table now features a lock icon indicating file protection status.

  2. Total File Counts: See the total count of your protected files.

  3. Enable/Disable Protection: Use the new button to enable or disable File Haven protection.

Hints:

  • Lock Icon Color: An orange lock icon means your file is protected, while a red unlocked icon (🔓) means it is unprotected.

  • Hover Information: Hover over the lock icon to see the number of files protected or needing protection. Click to enable or disable protection without leaving the interface.
