1. Subscription Billing:
All subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Payments will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at the time of purchase, on the same day each month or year, depending on your selected plan.
2. Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
To cancel your subscription:
Go to the 'My Account' section in your sync dashboard.
Click on the 'Subscription Plans' tab.
Choose the plan you wish to cancel and select 'Cancel Plan'.
Please note: Cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges. Failure to cancel in time may result in charges for the subsequent billing period, which will not be refundable.
3. Recurring Payment and Billing Changes:
Any changes to your billing plan or subscription pricing will be communicated via email at least 7 days before they take effect. This notice period ensures you are fully aware of the adjustments and have ample time to modify or cancel your subscription if necessary.
4. Refund Policy:
Once a subscription is renewed, it becomes non-refundable for that billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused features.
