Welcome to ThatApp's Print Template, where we're committed to enhancing your document management experience. In this article, I'll serve as your guide to demonstrate how to archive and delete templates, ensuring that you have full control over your document library.

Step 1: Login and Access Your Print Dashboard

As always, the first step is to log in to your ThatApp account. Once you've successfully logged in, navigate to your Print dashboard.

Step 2: Archiving Templates

Archiving templates doesn't mean you're bidding them farewell forever. It's a way of temporarily removing templates from your active view, especially when they are not currently in use. Here's how to archive:

  1. Locate the Template: On your Print dashboard, find the template you wish to archive.

  2. Access Functionality: To the right of the template, you'll notice three horizontal dots. Click on these dots to reveal additional functionalities in a dropdown menu.

  3. Choose 'Archive': Select the 'Archive' functionality and confirm your action in the modal that appears.

  4. Archived Templates View: Once confirmed, the template you've archived will be moved to the archived template view.

Disclaimer: Please be aware that archived templates remain in this state for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. To avoid losing an archived template, consider restoring it if necessary.

Step 3: Viewing Archived Templates

To access your archived templates, follow these steps:

  1. Toggle Active Template Drop-Down: On the left-hand side of the active template table, you'll find a drop-down menu labeled "Active Templates."

  2. Select 'Archived Templates': Within this drop-down, choose "Archived Templates." This action will automatically switch your view to the archived template list.

Step 4: Deleting Templates

Now that you're in the archived template view, you can proceed to delete any templates you no longer need. Here's how:

  1. Locate the Template: Find the archived template you wish to delete.

  2. Access Functionality: To the right of the template, click on the three horizontal dots to reveal additional functionalities.

  3. Choose 'Delete': Select the 'Delete' action button and follow the prompt to confirm your delete action.

  4. Template Deletion: Once confirmed, your template will be permanently deleted.

In conclusion, ThatApp's Print Template system empowers you with efficient template management tools. Archiving and deleting templates when needed ensures that your document library remains organized and clutter-free.
