How to Use Prints’ Signature Feature for Easy Document Signing.

Experience a world where signing your document is a breeze! With our Prints’ Signature feature, you can effortlessly structure your document, add the signatories you desire, and send the document to their email to complete the signing process collaboratively.

Getting Started with RightSignature

  1. Structure Your Document: Prepare your document and save it in your preferred format.

  2. Connect to RightSignature: Click on the Connect “RightSignature” Button to initiate the process.

  3. Enter Your Domain: Follow the prompt to input your registered RightSignature domain.

  4. Authenticate: Enter your credentials to authenticate your account.

Tip: If it’s your first time authenticating, you’ll receive an OTP code at your RightSignature registered email to complete the process.

Setting Up Signers

  1. Access the Manage Panel: Click on “Manage” to access the modal where you can add signers.

  2. Configure Signer Settings:

    • Signing Order: Choose the order in which signers will appear.

    • Contact’s Details Location: Specify if the contact’s details are within the same app or a related app.

    • Select Item: Choose the item from the app as set up in the org settings on the left side of print.

    • Full Name and Email: Select the item field that contains the signer’s name and email based on the items within the app on Podio.

    • Message: Attach an optional message to be sent with the document for signing.

  3. Add/Remove Signers: Use the Add/Remove Signers button to manage signers in the pool.

  4. Save Settings: Click Save settings to retain the signers for future additions when adding them to the document.

Adding Signatures to Your Document

  1. Select a Signer: Choose a signer to activate all signature functionalities.

  2. Add Signature's Functions: Click on any signature function to add it to the active state of your editor.

  3. Save Your Document: Once satisfied with the document settings, hit the save button.

  4. Upload for Signing: Fill in the required information in the modal and upload the document for signing.

Tip: The signers will have to check their emails to proceed to sign. All signers must complete their part of the document before it is considered fully signed.

Completing the Signing Process

To get started with the signing, the signers will have to check their email in other to click on the link sent to them to get started

  1. Sign the Document: Click on the “sign me” field to open the signing modal. You can either draw your signature on the interface or upload a saved signature.

  2. Submit Your Signature: After signing, submit your signature to finalize the process.

Checking the Status of the Document

To check the document signing status, there are two ways you can achieve this:

  • RightSignature Interface: Follow the steps provided by RightSignature after signing.

  • Our Interface: Check the status of the document directly on our interface by clicking on the Retrieve Signed Document button.

Finalizing the Document

Once all signers have completed the document, you’re ready to Upload it to Podio and continue with your workflow.

Additional Tip:

  • On the Retrieve Signed Document Modal, you can see all activities involved during the signing.

  • You cannot upload the signed document to Podio if the document is not fully signed.

  • Once the document is fully signed, you can upload it to Podio by clicking the appropriate button.

  • To confirm on Podio, check the space within the organisation you were configuring the document template.

  • You can click on the document to preview the signed document
